What this is not

It’s not a lecture about what AI is and why it matters. It’s not a demo of impressive things you can’t use tomorrow. It’s not theory.

What it is

90 minutes working through AI tools in the context of your actual job. We’ll identify the tasks where AI makes the most difference for you specifically — drafting, research, summarising, analysis, client communications — and build the prompts and workflows to handle them.

By the end of the session you’ll have a prompt library, a set of workflow recommendations, and enough hands-on practice that the tools feel useful rather than experimental.

Who it’s for

Founders, business owners, consultants, and professionals who can see that AI is going to change how they work and want to get ahead of it — not by reading articles about it, but by actually using it on real tasks in a structured session with someone who does this daily.

It’s also useful for anyone who’s been dabbling with ChatGPT or Claude and hitting the ceiling of what self-taught prompting gets you.

What changes

The biggest shift most people experience isn’t a single tool or prompt — it’s understanding how to think about the interface. Once that clicks, the leverage compounds quickly. The session is designed to get you to that point in 90 minutes.

Questions, answered.

Which tools do we cover?
Whatever you're actually using or considering — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI features built into tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or Adobe. We focus on your workflow, not a survey of every tool.
Do I need any technical background?
No. These sessions are for founders, operators, and professionals — not engineers. If you can use a browser, you can do this.
What's the prompt library?
A working document of prompts we build together during the session, tailored to your specific tasks — drafting, research, summarising, client comms, whatever you actually do. Not a generic list of prompts from the internet.
Can I book follow-up sessions?
Yes. Most people find one session enough to unlock significant capability. If you want ongoing support, a coaching retainer is the better structure.
