Artists kept asking me to build them portfolio sites, and I kept building the same thing. So I packaged it properly, at a fraction of what a custom build costs.
What it is
A clean, editorially-considered portfolio site for visual artists — photographers, illustrators, painters, designers. The focus is on the work. Navigation is minimal. Typography is considered. It doesn’t look like a theme.
The design uses a variable serif and monospaced type for contrast. One accent colour, a paper-toned background. That’s the whole palette.
What’s inside
Your work displays as an image grid — no cards, no descriptions cluttering the view, just images and titles. Each piece has its own page with a full hero image and supporting shots.
There’s a short About page, a contact form that delivers straight to your inbox, and a built-in admin page you use to manage everything yourself. No CMS subscription, no third-party login.
Dark mode works on load with no flicker.
Who it’s for
Artists who are done with Squarespace and Cargo. Who want something that feels like theirs but don’t want to become a web developer to get it.

- Do I need to know how to code?
- Not at all. I handle everything — setup, deployment, performance, the lot. You just send me your work and I take care of the rest.
- How do I update my site once it's live?
- Through a simple admin page I set up for you. Add work, edit your bio, update your contact details — no confusing menus, no code, nothing technical.
- How long does it take?
- Usually a day, sometimes two.
- What do you need from me?
- Just an email address. Once your site is set up, you'll get access to a secure admin page with a simple checklist — you upload your work, fill in your details, and you're live.
- What does $25/mo cover?
- Hosting, your custom domain, and small updates. If you want to add a new series or change your bio, just email me.
