What you’re getting
A Brand System covers everything a small or growing business needs to show up consistently: a logo system, a colour palette, typography with hierarchy rules, a brand voice guide, and application examples that show how it all works together.
This isn’t a logo. It’s a system. The difference is that a logo is one asset. A system is a set of rules that makes every future decision — business cards, website, social media, signage — faster and more consistent without coming back to me each time.
How the process works
It starts with a Brand Strategy Session — a 2h positioning audit that defines what you’re building before we design anything. This is included in the package. From there, the identity work follows:
Week one: Research, positioning review, initial directions. I’ll explore multiple creative approaches and present the strongest one with rationale.
Weeks two to three: Refinement based on your feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included. The scope is fixed — additions are quoted separately.
Week four: Final files, brand guide, and a handover call to walk through usage.
Who it’s for
Small businesses that have been trading on a logo that no longer fits — or never really did. The brief is almost always the same: it worked when we started, but we’ve outgrown it, and we want something that signals where we’re going, not where we came from.
What I look for in a brand project: a client who has a clear sense of their business, is decisive in a room, and understands that good design requires trust. If you need six rounds of revisions and a committee sign-off, this isn’t the right fit.

- What's in scope?
- Logo system, colour, typography, voice guide, and usage examples. Two revision rounds included. Everything beyond that is $150/hr, capped in writing upfront.
- Do you do naming or strategy?
- Strategy is a separate engagement — usually a Brand Strategy Session first ($600), which informs the identity work. Naming can be added to scope if needed.
- What format are the deliverables?
- AI, PDF, and PNG for all logo variants. Typography specification. Brand guide as a PDF. Usage examples as static files and, where useful, Canva templates.
- Can I add a website after?
- Yes — and the brand work makes the web build faster. Brand first, web second. They're quoted and scoped separately.
