The problem it solves

Most small businesses get leads through a contact form. The form sends an email. Someone reads the email, googles the company, checks LinkedIn, tries to figure out if it’s worth a call. That process takes 20–40 minutes per lead and happens inconsistently — if at all.

The result is that hot leads sit in an inbox with cold ones. Good opportunities get slow follow-up. Time gets spent on the wrong things.

How it works

When a lead submits your contact form, the automation fires:

Enrich. Tavily searches the web for signals about the contact — company size, industry, website quality, LinkedIn presence, relevant news. Data you’d spend 20 minutes finding manually, retrieved in seconds.

Score. Claude reads the enriched profile against your ideal client brief and assigns a score: Hot (call today), Warm (follow up this week), or Cold (nurture or archive). It also writes a short summary — estimated business size, likely pain points, fit signals, and any red flags.

Route. Hot leads get an immediate Slack message. Everything goes into a Google Sheet — one place for every lead, regardless of which form or which business it came from.

What you get

A clear signal before you pick up the phone. Not a perfect system — AI enrichment isn’t infallible — but a significant upgrade on reading raw form submissions and deciding blind.

The workflow is built in N8N, hosted and maintained as part of the monthly fee. You don’t manage any infrastructure. You see the output.

Who it’s for

Professional services businesses with inbound lead flow — accountants, lawyers, consultants, agencies — where the quality of a lead matters as much as the volume. Particularly useful if you’re running ads or any campaign driving form submissions, where qualification time compounds quickly.

Questions, answered.

What forms does it connect to?
Any form that can send a webhook — Tally, Typeform, Gravity Forms, or a custom contact form. If your current form can't send webhooks, we swap it for one that can as part of the build.
What does the AI actually score?
The automation enriches the lead with web research — company size, industry, website, LinkedIn signals — then passes everything to Claude with a scoring brief tailored to your ideal client profile. Hot means call today. Warm means follow up this week. Cold means nurture or archive.
Do I need to manage N8N?
No. I host and maintain the workflow. The $75/mo covers monitoring, prompt tuning, and keeping it running. You see the output in Google Sheets and Slack — nothing to manage on your end.
What if my lead volume is low?
The setup cost is the same regardless of volume — the value is in the time saved on qualification and the signal quality on hot leads. At even two qualified leads a month, it pays for itself quickly.
Can it connect to my CRM?
Yes. CRM integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is an add-on — typically $500–$1,000 depending on the platform and workflow complexity.
