How it works
Some problems need more than a few hours. Maybe there’s a backlog, maybe the site has been through several hands, maybe something stopped working and nobody knows why.
Book the day, pay upfront, and we spend seven hours working through it properly. I’ll start by diagnosing and prioritising so we’re working on the right things first. End of day you get a written summary of everything done and a clear picture of anything still outstanding.

- How is the day structured?
- We spend the first hour working out what needs fixing and in what order. The rest of the day is execution. You get a written summary at the end.
- Can I use the day for multiple smaller issues?
- Yes. If you've got a list of things that need sorting, we work through as many as possible in order of priority.
- Remote or on-site?
- Either. Remote works for most things. In-person available for Adelaide clients.
- How does payment work?
- Paid upfront when you book to secure your time.
