How it works

Before spending money on fixes, it helps to know what’s actually wrong.

A 90-minute audit gives you a clear picture of where your website is letting you down — what’s broken, what’s slow, what’s costing you enquiries — and what to prioritise. You get a written report in plain English, not a list of technical terms you’ll need to Google.

If you want to go further after the audit, I’ll give you a quote. If you don’t, the report is yours to use however you like.

Who it’s for

Anyone who suspects their website isn’t performing as well as it should, has had complaints from customers about something not working, or is about to invest in changes and wants to know where to start.

Questions, answered.

What do you actually look at?
How the site performs, how it looks and behaves on mobile, whether your contact forms and key actions are working, and anything that might be turning visitors away before they get in touch.
Do I get a report?
Yes. A plain-English document with what I found, what matters most, and what I'd recommend fixing first.
Is there any obligation to book more work?
None. The audit stands on its own. If you want to go further, I'll give you a clear quote. If you want to take the report elsewhere, that's fine too.
My site was built by someone else. Does that matter?
No. I work across most website platforms and can audit a site regardless of who built it.
How does payment work?
Paid upfront when you book to secure your time.
