What this is
A straight build engagement. You supply a Figma design file and final copy — I build the Astro site, wire up any forms or integrations, and deploy it. No design phase, no discovery workshop. The brief is the file.
This works well for agencies and studios that design in-house and need a reliable developer to handle the build. It also suits businesses that have worked with a designer separately and want the technical side handled without briefing a full-service studio.
What I need from you
A final Figma file and final copy before work starts. The timeline starts from when I have both — not from when the project is agreed. If assets arrive in stages, the go-live date shifts accordingly.
Figma is strongly preferred. If the design is coming from InDesign or another format, there’s a $300 conversion fee for the manual asset extraction and cleanup — this is real work and it’s priced honestly.
The scope boundary
The build matches the design file. If the scope expands mid-project — new sections, additional pages, integrations not in the original brief — those are quoted separately. Agreed in writing before work starts.

- What file format do you need?
- Figma is ideal — it gives me clean measurements, assets, and export settings. If you're providing an InDesign package or PDF instead, there's a $300 one-off conversion fee for the extra manual asset prep.
- What else do I need to provide?
- Final copy alongside the design file. The build starts from final assets — changes to copy or design after work begins are $150/hr.
- What counts as a feedback round?
- One round is a consolidated list of changes after the build is live in staging. A second round covers any remaining adjustments. Changes after both rounds are at $150/hr.
- Can I add pages later?
- Yes. Additional pages are quoted at $750 each.
- What's the hosting setup?
- $25/mo covers hosting. A care plan at $75/mo covers content updates if you need them.
